  • Thuren Alien Control Arm front 4-link.

    Included:

    • 16 Polyurethane bushing races.
    • 16 retaining snap rings.
    • 16 Stainless steel retaining washers.

    We advise you to include the Thuren 2.75 Joint Tool for easier installation.

    *If your arms were manufactured before 2014, check to see if the joints use threaded retainers on one side of the joint, instead of snap rings. If so, do not order this kit. Email us photos of your arms/joints so we can advise on what to purchase.

    After 8 years of abuse and neglect driving though Alabama mud, it was time for a rebuild. As a testament to the quality of the original bushings, only two of them had actually fallen apart, although the rest were definitely warped. Now I can say with experience that paying for parts that have rebuildable components is a worthwhile investment, and I’m very happy I made the decision 8 years ago to get Thuren arms.

    New Life For OG Aliens

    I have the 3rd set of Aliens Thuren made. They were upgraded with the new balls and clips a couple years ago, but the bushings and washers are still original. Everything is still is somewhat decent shape, and honestly I don’t think Don designed them to go 10 years. So they were due. These look like they have more room for grease, the washers are a bit thicker which should keep the joints nice and tight, while also keeping everything centered like they are supposed to. Everything is getting swapped and cleaned after Trail Hero
