I OWN A 2019 DODGE 3500, 4X4, 4DR, CC. THE KIT WENT IN AS STATED, SUPER EASY. THE RIDE IN A NIGHT AND DAY IMPROVEMENT. I ORDERED THE 2.25" LEVELING KIT AND THE TRUCK LOOKS LEVEL, BUT SITS ABOUT 1"TALL IN THE REAR. IT IS EXACTLY AS I WANTED. I DID HAVE TO ORDER A DIFFERENT MODEL SHOCK(985-24-004) FOR THE REAR DUE TO SOME DIFFERENCES A CAB CHASSIS HAS. ALL PARTS PLUGGED AND PLAYED FLAWLESSLY. GREAT JOB THUREN!!!
Truck rides much better since installation however truck now makes a popping noise when turning. Truck has to be in motion for this to occur so it is very difficult to find where the noise is coming from. The grease fitting on the centering arm would not take grease so I am wondering if this may be the issue
This is our third purchase of the same kit and our customers love the outcome! Perfect height to level out the vehicle, but not too overboard! Knowledgeable engineers and they even corrected an error/oversight I had when ordering new wheels. The fit of everything is perfect!
One suggestion is to change the location of the lock nut on the front traction bar. It is very difficult to adjust and secure after it's installed at the ball joint ends.
Did the 0.5" Kit w/Fox IFP and also the swaybar kit. My truck was a 2013 3500 CC LB DRW. It changed my ride height from 24" to 25.5", which is kind of what I expected based on Thuren's measurements. My truck had sagged over time. I did have to adjust the track bar, but no big deal. Overall quality and instructions were excellent.
Now the ride! I really should have done this a long time ago, the difference is huge. It feels like the front suspension can actually do something now. With the swaybar kit I can see why they dont recommend a slide-in camper but for normal towing/driving I don't think I'll have any issues. At first I thought maybe it was too soft, but after a few days of driving I am convinced they got the tuning just right. These trucks should come like this!
My biggest complaint is that now I really can tell how stiff the rear is and I will have to save for the leafs now. :)
