Thuren Fabrication soft-rate coil springs are the perfect blend of a soft ride, high performance, and great control. Starting with the 2014 Power Wagon, Dodge decided to design the front coil spring mounts at an angle.

This presented major design problems, as the coil has a very hard time standing straight, without a massive bend in the coil when loaded. Regardless, with some tricky engineering we were able to combat the angled seats and design a coil which stands very straight when installed, especially when compared to the factory Power Wagon coils.

  • Be sure you measure Your Specific Truck to find the lift height you would like.
  • 6% stiffer than the OEM coils without loosing any travel.
  • If not purchasing our shocks to work with these coils, please contact us to make sure your shocks will function properly. Even aftermarket shocks per application for a leveling kit with stock coils, will not work properly, as they are much too short at full extension and the damping rates are way off.
  • Each 5160 alloy spring is fully CNC computer formed and tested using the most high-tech manufacturing processes.
  • Designed to still use factory compression/bump travel. No bump drops needed.
  • No radius arm drops required, these coils are designed around the OEM bump travel constraints.
  • Proven Linear rate design, just like all of our other coils, to provide consistent feel through the range of motion.

Don't hesitate!

I ran Thuren front coils and Fox 2.0 IFP's on my 2015 Ram 2500 CC for years and was truly impressed with the unreal improvment to ride and handling. When I finally picked up my 2022 Power Wagon I was a little skeptical if Thuren could improve the ride/handling of the PW that already rode like a 1/2 ton. Well, somehow they made it even better than I could have imagined! I'm now running the Thuren 1/2" coils with their Fox 2.0's, 35" Nittos (55/45psi) AND had the truck lined up according to the specs provided on the Thuren site and boy does this truck blow me away everytime I drive it! Like seriously I can't believe how well it handles on road, on dirt, empty or with the RTT on and all the gear mounted on the Diamondback. The steering is somehow more tight and accurate, the bounce from the bumps (big or small) is gone and I can go into corners even loaded up with a higher center of gravity without the puckering in the seat.

If you have a '19 and up Power Wagon get the Thuren springs, get the Thuren shocks that match your needs and definitely find an alignment shop that will use the correct specs! This is how your truck should have been built in the first place.

Huge Improvement over OEM

Didn't realize how bent and compressed my Front OEM PowerWagon Coils were until a mechanic pointed it out while I was getting my lousy stock brakes upgraded to top notch PowerStop brakes (work great). The stock height coils actually lifted my compressed front end up @3 inches and provide a huge improvement in ride quality on and off road. I only had 25k miles on my stock coils but truck is loaded with 4wd camper, White Knuckle sliders, Fox shocks and half of miles are off pave in rough SW country.
