With the release of the 2013+ platform, we've concluded that the OEM 2013+ Trackbar can go about 20,000 miles and function just fine with our suspension components.

The OEM 2013+ Track Bar has been upgraded from the previous 2003-2013 design, and is not "mandatory" to replace right away as previously suggested.

That said, if you're nearing 20,000 miles, it's a good idea to plan on getting our Trackbar as an upgrade.

  • Fits 2013+ 3500, and 2014+ 2500 Dodge Rams, and 2014+ Power Wagons
  • First place to start if your vehicle has ANY strange handling traits.
  • Made from 1.50"x3/8" wall 1026 DOM tube.
  • Delrin machined frame side bushing.
  • CNC machined form threaded Heim joint tube end.
  • Bead blast textured, then highest quality Powder Coated.
  • Adjustable length (within spec)
  • Grease fitting for frame bushing.
  • Extreme duty FK Teflon lined rod end at axle side.
  • DOES NOT FUNCTION WITH LARGER AFTERMARKET DIFF COVERS!!!!!

Our Trackbar is designed to be VERY rigid and often people will think that having a rigid track bar will give steering vibration and rattle. This is simply not true being that the Trackbar is the only steering support.

If the support (Trackbar) deflects, the truck will be allowed to basically steer itself as you encounter bumps/ruts/holes/etc. A rigid Trackbar is the only way to be sure that inputs you make to the steering wheel will actually get to the wheels.

    Excellent Purchase!!!

    With a little over 25k miles on my 5th gen power wagon it was time. I had been dealing with that sloppy feeling for quite some time but after having such bad body roll at times the traction control light comes on I knew I had to bit the bullet. The front traction bar made an astronomical difference in handling, body roll and best of all braking. GREAT product from a GREAT company!!! Keep up the good work Thuren team!!!

    As advised

    The first thing I did when I opened the box (which showed up right on time) was inspect it end to end. As a welder/fabricator for 30 years I just have to take my hat off to the crew at Thuren Fabrication. Do yourself a favor and watch their YouTube video on this product, it's WAY more than just a track bar.

    A must have

    I installed the track bar approx 6000 miles after I installed the 2.5 inch lift in the front. Main reason was to get to exle back to be centered under the truck. Didnt really think about the fact it would make it stable. But WOW. What a difference. Centered again, way more stable. Also installed the Thuren/Fox steering stabilizer.
