    An Upgrade MUST!

I have an 03, 2500 with the original 14mm track bar bolt set. Been running this for the past 10 years with Thruen's track bar. It was great but I could not get the bolt tight enough and every time I would re-torque the bolts, it seem to just loosen up enough to have a slight thump sound. These stock 14mm cannot handle high torque settings required to secure a heavy Cummins front end. Now that I rebuilt my track bar with the upgrade kit to 16mm, I was able to torque it down to 215ft lb and not worry about stretching the 14mm bolt so much. Front end is again solid and quiet, without the thumps when hitting any off road or large potholes at medium to high speeds. This is a must to upgrade and should be a standard for any stock bolt setup when upgrading to Thuren's track bar in the first years of the 3rd gens. Thanks Don and Team for the support. -Jay
