This kit uses our in-house machined Delrin bushings to fit Thuren Track Bars manufactured after 2015.

Details:

  • This kit was designed to upgrade existing Thuren 2003-2007.5 14mm bolt track bar to the larger 2008-2013 16mm bolts.
  • Must drill frame and axle holes out using a 5/8" or 16mm drill bit.

Included:

  • All necessary hardware
  • Spacers (x2)
  • Delrin bushings (x2)
  • Zerk Fitting (x1)
  • Bushing (x1)

    Delrin Track Bar Upgrade Kit

    Track bar upgrade Kit was an easy install. Standard 5/8 x 6" drill bit was too long on the drivers side. Used a cone step bit and a file to clean things up.
