When performance leaf springs are added to your truck, the extension and compression of the leaf springs length can bind up the tight rubber OEM shackle bushing. Removing every bit of friction counts.
Thuren Shackles were originally designed as the key component to our Long Travel extended Leafs, but will fit any truck with OEM or aftermarket leafs. As an added benefit, we added the ability to tune the rear suspension height with three mounting positions.

The grease-able 75D bushing at the shackle pivot provides smooth bind-free shackle swing.
3 position height adjustable, when used with OEM or other brand leafs. Stock height, 3/4" lift, and 1-3/4" lift options.
Thuren LT leafs must use the longest span mounting, so they become non-height adjustable with Thuren Long Travel leafs installed.
The shackles are fine. Installing king shocks, never said they don’t work with stock leafs/shackles! Come on guys. . .

Manufactured with obvious pride and craftsmanship. Installation was a breeze. (Full disclosure, I already had my truckbed off.) Love the height adjustability. Fit was perfect. Packaging was bar none, and shipment nearly 2/3 across the country was faster than expected considering I used free shipping. Look forward to ordering front suspension parts next.

This shackle is built well, much stronger than factory. I needed my back end up exactly 1.75" and this shackle got me there. I would recommend.

Great build quality and the adjustability is fantastic! Im running Deaver leafs with a rooftop tent on a bed rack along with a few extra things in the bed. Gave my truck the perfect stance lifting it 3/4” out back! Just what I needed!
