2014-2026 Dodge Ram 2500 Bilstein 5100 Front Leveling Kit
Installed the Thuren 2.75” front coils with their track bar and Bilstein 5100s on my 2019 Cummins Mega Cab.
Ride quality is definitely better than stock. It’s noticeably softer over bigger bumps—takes away that harsh, jolting feel—but still feels solid and planted for daily driving and towing. Doesn’t feel floaty at all, just smoother overall.
The difference is enough that now the rear feels stiff in comparison. Planning on doing Thuren rear coils next and running airbags for towing.
My truck came with coils spacers from the dealer. And now it sits 1 inch higher than it used to....which makes the stance more level than before.
I'm a happy customer. Just need the rear coils now.

Had the 2" pucks on my '22 when I bought it. Handled fine but would tend to follow the crown of the road. I feel mostly due to the stock track bar. Installed the 2" level system including the track bar. Tracking better now.
Nice riding kit and not hard to install. Major headache when I opened the box and one of shocks didn’t come with the metal bushing. I had to remove the rear shock I already had on put factories back on just to ride around town to find something that would work. Such a headache but I learned to open every single box before I start work from on. 😂
