CNC machined Delrin Trackbar bushing kit, that upgrades the smaller 14mm hardware on the 2003-2007.5 trucks up to the larger 16mm size.

Details:

  • This kit functions with Thuren brand trackbar's only.
  • Must drill frame and axle holes out using a 5/8" or 16mm drill bit.
  • Does not fit the OEM trackbar, or other brand trackbar's.

Included:

  • All necessary hardware
  • Heim Joint 16mm bore spacers (x2)
  • Delrin bushing halves (x2)
  • Zerk Fitting (x1)
  • 17-4 Stainless Bushing Sleeve (x1)

    Delrin Track Bar Upgrade Kit

    Track bar upgrade Kit was an easy install. Standard 5/8 x 6" drill bit was too long on the drivers side. Used a cone step bit and a file to clean things up.
