Our Long Travel leaf springs are designed to give the most suspension travel possible, while still being able to hold up to extreme off-road abuse. These leafs are very soft, and give the best street ride on the market.

  • Heat treated, shot peened, and manufactured from the highest quality materials available.
  • Can supply true, clean, 18" of active suspension travel.
  • Extended design uses shackle length and motion ratio to amplify wheel travel.
  • Very soft spring rate and ride feel, more like a 1/2 ton truck.
  • Designed to mount using the factory OEM u-bolts.
  • High quality PTMEG Polyurethane bushings.
  • Moves rear axle back slightly to help 37" tires clear the fender better.
  • Almost completely eliminates axle drive chatter in soft terrain/sand.

Shackle Note: These leaf springs are extended length, MANDATING Thuren Shackles are used, and the longest length position on our shackle MUST be utilized. The factory OEM shackles will not work and leaf spring damage will occur if the shackle is not installed properly!

If you tow/load heavy weight often, please consult with us prior to purchase to make sure these are the right leafs for you!

Shipping notes:

We ship these leaf springs via UPS ground. They are very heavy and awkward, so picking up at your local UPS hub might be something you want to do. If you prefer to do that, once you get a tracking number from us, call UPS and have them kept on hold at your local UPS hub, and you can pick up there.

Shipping cost for the leaf springs can be rather expensive, and the UPS quote system on this website is not always accurate. If the true shipping costs end up being more money than charged at the time of purchase, we will email or call you to discuss shipping options, and/or extra fee's due.

Game Changers - Love Them!

I use my truck as toy, only as a toy, that truck has never hauled a thing. I carry all my basic tools for the trail, all my camping gear and filled coolers, with a 100 Lb 37" spare tire in the end of the bed.

Having said that, THESE ARE AWESOME! I can drive that truck in the desert like a madman and the leaf springs simply do not fall short. I have found the limits of my suspension design 2 times, and in none of those times it has been the leaf springs. I usually do desert trails, with minor to mid whoops, but also take it to the dune often, the leaf springs got completely rid of the accelerating rattle both on sand/dirt and pavement.

Wanna know how tuff these are? I already bent the rear frame corner from a massive landing, and the leaf springs are still intact!!!!!!!

Ps. I will replace bushings this year after 5 years of intermittent but tremendous abuse!

2011 Ram Thuren long travel, leaf springs

Aloha, Installing the long travel leaf springs was a l little challenging by myself at home. The Thuren springs are considerably heavier compared to the stock springs. Only option I had was to use one of my floor jacks to lift it into place. I unbolted the center pad, placed the centering pin bolt of the Thuren springs in the center pad bolt hole. The spring was now balanced on the floor jack and positioned it behind the leaf spring axle mount and slid it on. From there it was straightforward bolt on, torque to specs. Impressed with the ride, stance with a little rake and build quality. These leaf springs complement my Thuren 3” front coil springs and 2.5” King shocks. Mahalo

Best purchase for 2012 ram

I worked with Zeb to design the best lift kit for me. I went with the 3” coil springs up front and the long travel leaf springs in the rear and it rides so nice. If you plan to tow it does sag a lot more then the factory springs which I expected so I’m going to add rear helper bags. All and all highly recommend and Zeb is the man with all the answers.

Night and day difference. From on road to off road, truck rides smooth, and had zero driveline chatter. Truck feels like a 1/2 ton in the rear

Huge difference!!!

Oh man I freaking love these! Installed these along with the 6” soft ride coils. The truck is sits beautifully and rides super smooth. Can’t wait to add the sway bar.
