2014-2023 Power Wagon Rear Coil Kit

SKU: TF-4LRCEL-14U-STK-MR

Regular price $615.00

Includes:

  • One pair of rear soft-ride coils
  • Thuren HD extended Swaybar link kit
  • Thuren Frame guide bracket for the E-Brake cable.

These coils provide roughly 20% more down travel than stock, which mandates longer sway bar end links. If the stock end links were used the sway bar would invert as the suspension droops.

If not purchasing our shocks with these coils, please verify below specs to make sure your shocks will work. Even aftermarket shocks by application to fit the OEM suspension, or even a mild lift, will usually not work as they are much too short.

Shocks for these rear coils must be 17.5" or less compressed, and 26.5"-28.5" length extended, mandatory. Reason being is even our 1" lowering Power Wagon rear coils are a full 2" longer than the OEM rear coils fully extended with no weight on them.

Our stock height PW coils are 3.25" longer than the stock coils with no weight.
If you tow over 8,000 lbs or load heavy traveling long distance often, have a slide in camper or the like, supplemental weight handling setup like airbags and Daystar cradles are suggested.

If you're rarely loading or towing moderate weight, for short distances, the rear end will sag a few inches but bags are not really needed.

These Swaybar links use the same high-end JKS link pivots as used in our other swaybar links/systems, 17-4 STAINLESS steel link bushing sleeves, and Grade 8 Black Phosphate hardware.

These coils are much softer than the OEM stiff coils, giving a ride quality like a 1/2 ton truck. They can also provide up to 13 inches of suspension travel.

Each 5160 alloy spring is fully CNC computer formed and tested, using the most high-tech manufacturing processes available in the country.

Height & Weight notes:  Our coils being softer than OEM coils, weight added to the rear of the truck will exaggerate the lowering effect. So, if you have 500lbs added to the bed with your stock coils, that 1/2" of sag will be about 1" of sag with our coils. Final lift heights are not guaranteed.

better ride then i thought i would have had

my 2020 Power Wagon, I thought it road like a tank and I hated it. I got the stock right height springs and man. I'm blown away by how well these springs do. they helped the right so much I can't even say thank you guy's enough, it's night and day. I think I need a bigger bore shock, but the 2.0 fox shocks are not doing okay. and changing the springs only took about 1.5 hours. not hard at all. and worth every penny spent.

the roads in Colorado are the worst I've ever seen and this helps me not worry about it.

Exactly what the rear end needed!

These things are STOUT! Compared to the factory coils…. Well, there is no comparison. They absolutely give the rear end what it needs for the level of comfort and capabilities. Paired with the Fox 2.0 Rear Shocks and Thuren Rear Track Bar, it’s a major upgrade and should be done on all PW’s. Installation was very simple and to the point. Just follow the directions and disconnect everything that’s listed to get that little extra. I did have a question during my install, gave Andrew a buzz, he answered right away with the answer I was looking for. Great product and awesome Customer Support experience.

Front/rear coil springs/fox shocks for 2017 Power Wagon

I don't usually write negative comments on items I've purchased but I purchased the front and rear springs from Thuren and invested $2000 in the kit which included Fox shocks. I read through all the comments before I purchased, believing it was the best product for my truck. It did level my truck but ride quality did not improve. I even received an email saying that the top bolt of the shocks were too long so "I" needed to get it fixed on my own. I feel I overpaid for the comfort I didn't get. I give it 2 stars because even though it did lift my truck, I'm not too happy with the product.
