The shipping agency had NOT handled the box with care and caused the bag of parts to break open and almost all of the crucial hardware was lost. Thuren called me directly the next morning since I went through CJC Off-road to buy the parts and they over nighted the parts right away with some extras just in case., I’ve never had this great of a customer service experience EVER.
