If you'd like to upgrade your hardware on your 2003-2007 truck, this hardware can be used with our 2008-2013 16mm frame bushing, which drops right into your 2003-2007 Thuren Trackbar.
You will need a 5/8" or 16.5mm drill to drill out your frame and axle if you want to do this. You will also need the 2008-2013 16mm Heim joint sleeves for the axle side to complete the process.
I purchased the 3in soft ride coils, 16mm track bar, Torsion sway bar, High clearance control arms, and Fox 2.0 shocks for my 2006 Ram 2500 and it transformed the way the truck drove. Even with the extra weight of my Ranch Hand bumper the truck sits dead level. All the parts went on with ease and look so bitchin. I can’t wait to purchase the progressive leaf lacks next! 2008-2013 16mm Trackbar Bolt And Nut Kit
The bolt kit was fine, but a waste of money. I tried it like customer support advised and also replaced the delrin bushing, but still have unwanted trackbar movement at the frame mounting point. The trackbar eye is worn enough that new bushings are loose. My trackbar only has 60,000 miles on it and bushings have now been replaced 3 times. I'm not impressed and will have to replace the complete trackbar, but probably not going to be a Thuren.

Solved my bushing problem. Drilled the holes out to 16mm and torqued bolts to spec. No more popping. Works great.
