Amazing ride difference, much better ride. Fast service, great advice when called
These coils went onto a 3rd gen RAM 2500 Diesel and I'm sorry I waited so long. Quite a bit better than stock coils and I was able to eliminate the leveler. Paired them with Fox 2.0's with Resevoir front and back. I ended up needing a spring compressor even though most guys said I wouldn't. It's smooth and easy to drive again. Sorry I waited to do it.
Cranky is back! Ordered on Monday got on Friday, marked perfectly, installed easy, ride awesome. I have owned the truck since new and it’s never driven this smoothly. Thanks Don
I finally upgraded the 07 Dodge 2500 with the XS springs and what a huge difference! I paired them with the Bilstein 5100 shocks and I wish I’d done this years ago. Paired with the Thuren Trac bar the truck finally drives like it should!! The springs are tall though and install was a major pain. Cost me a tooth trying to get them in but still worth it!! 🤣🤦🏼♂️🥴
Start off by saying that my truck has never been OEM while I’ve had it. 2010 ram 2500 6.7 Cummins. I bought it with a 6in fab tech lift and 37s on 20x12 wides. Rode like a log truck so I found all the stock parts on marketplace and had it taken back down to stock height with oem springs/and shocks but also had a 2.5in puck level kit installed in the front. Rode better than the 6in lift but after about a year of having the pucks in the front I decided I was over that rough ride. I’m currently on 20in Laramie stock wheels. No more 12 wides. But I Bought the XS Thuren coils paired with the Thuren tuned Fox shocks. Did a lot of reading other peoples reviews before I decided on this setup. I was going for more comfort over lift height that’s why I choose the XS coils. For my truck I’d say it’s pretty spot on with the 1.5in lift height. Still have to have reasonable ride expectation after installing the parts to be honest. The ride is better. Still rides like a truck but it’s 100x better with the way it handles bumps and holes in the roads. That’s where I noticeably noticed a better ride quality. Especially on bridge/road meeting sections where it’s typical more rough. My truck handles those a lot better now. So much better that I feel like I’m not going to get my teeth knocked out anymore compared to my previous setups. Also Thurens customer service/support is top notch. I think I emailed them 2-3 times with questions and I got answers back within 30 minutes. You can definitely tell they put a focus on having top tier customer support and it’s appreciated. Also make sure to order shock boots as they don’t come with the shock. It’s an additional purchase. Make sure to get them with your order so you get the free shipping. Think I got 1500$ in coils. Fox shocks for the front and rear. And shock boots. Wish I woulda done it sooner.
