Thuren XHD Swaybar Links are the strongest, most versatile swaybar links available to fit the OEM front swaybar.

These swaybar links allow you to retain the OEM swaybar, instead of our lighter rate Active Rate Sway Bar, when your truck is outfitted with a higher center of gravity like a slide in camper, heavy roof rack, heavy roof top tent, etc.

Fitment:

It's rare, but we have seen some of the 2010+ OEM Sway Bars that are a bit wider than normal, where the clevis slips over the bar. If you have a 2010+ truck please verify that the tip of your swaybar is no wider than 1.67"
Does not fit the 1994 to early 1998 "Cobra style" axle mounts.

Same proven orbital JKS poly inner bushings used on our Active Rate Sway Bar.
Fully grease-able
3/16" steel welded super stout clevis adapter.
17-4 stainless steel crush sleeves and 1998.5-2013 adapter washers.
Zinc and Black Phosphate corrosion resistant hardware.

Product Installation Instructions

Great replacement for bigger tires

Would recommend to anyone that offroads these trucks or has bigger tires; simple installation, corrects the problem of snapping stock links with bigger tires, way more stable than stock end links.

So far they seem really solid. Good product!

Just what I needed!!

I bought these to replace a set from a competitor (CS, sorry) that kept breaking (twice) and NO help or response from the manufacturer. So I went with new links from Thuren. Very robust construction and this design seems to address/fix the issue that I was having with breakage. We'll see how they hold up. Very easy to install, took less than 45 minutes and the bushings are replaceable. I can definitely feel the difference in the ride/drive with the sway bar functional vs not especially when pulling a trailer. Thanks for building awesome parts!!
